Is ketosis possible on a strict Vegan diet?!

Question: Please let me know how!

No. Vegans couldn't limit carbs enough to induce it.

Ketosis is unhealthy.

theres no such thing as a strict vegan diet, you are either vegan or you're not.

But I don't know what ketosis is...you should do some research, start here

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ketosis

Why would your goal be ketosis? Don't fall for that fatkins ****.

Possible but not likely, unless you are doing a low carbohydrate diet...

I hope you aren't trying to induce ketosis. It's a very unhealthy state. I don't know what Atkins was smoking when he talked about the joys of ketosis.

If you avoid fruits, vegetables, and grains, and you eat just mock meats, it's possible. Some writers at Herbivore magazine tried this a few years back and didn't last very long because a high-protein, low-carb diet is bleeping BORING!! Not to mention they started feeling really lousy.

If you want to lose weight, eat less, cut out most of the junk food, and exercise.
