Well, there are good benefits, to a certain extent. It helps you lose weight, but that's about it. If you eat too many vegetables and don't get a good balance of iron and protein, it's bad. A lot of vegans will argue that veggies are good enough because protein and iron is present in some, but they fail to realize that it's not enough compared to one serving of meat. I understand that they do it because of slaughterhouse conditions, but I've got this to say: If that's the only way I can get meat, then so be it. I'd rather be healthy and cruel than anemic, anorexic, and kind. The survival of one's species comes before the survival of another. And the cancer garbage is just garbage because if people cook their meat properly, all the chemicals will be "burned" out. And if the cancer thing were really true, the FDA would have recalled a lot of things. They recalled a hormone used in Tyson chicken beause it was making puberty come too early in a lot of girls. So, use common sense. Do you really think they would keep meat out there if it increased cancer? Frankly, I'd rather have hormone issues than cancer issues. So, it's just complete bull. And less cholesterol is good, but we need cholesterol and veggies don't exactly provide it. And techinally, vegans are no better off because their food sources are sprayed with chemicals, and most vegetables are genetically modified with some kind of animal DNA to keep it preserved.

Less cancer all around if you do nor eat red meat!

You don't get 'bad' benefits....

you! your health! your kindness to animals! your efforts to limit people starving. saving money on medical bills later! from all that dieseaed meat you do not eat.

oh and you'll look amazing pretty! your skin with glow and you'll be thin. - cause you won't be eating lardy animal fat!
