My favorites are salad, (vegan) pizza, pasta with nutritional yeast cheese sauce, potatoes (scalloped, mashed, fried, baked, etc with fillings/sauces), (vegan) ice cream, scones, cake, cupcakes, cookies, vegetables (stir fried, raw, baked, fried, boiled, steamed, etc) & sandwiches (like TLT, (vegan) BLT, tofurky cheezsteak, etc).

There are alot of "normal" foods that are vegetarian, but it depends on if by vegetarian you allow eggs and cheese. Pizza w/o meat is "normal" and vegetarian, macaroni and cheese, grilled cheese, spaghetti, eggplant parmesean, cheese omelot, quiche, egg salad sandwich, chef salad with boiled eggs, cheese, olives, mushrooms, etc... If no eggs or cheese is allowed, how 'bout homemade split pea soup with a really great whole grain bread? Or fresh italian bread dipped in herbed olive oil w/spaghetti sans meat. Be creative......
