Eating different kind of cooked beans are really good source for protin if you are vegetarian like myself.Try to add some spice before you eat them and prevent to have some gas problems.

Eat lots of beans, tofu, cheese, and if you decide to eat something extra, fish.

You can eat things like tofu, cottage cheese, beans, brown rice, etc. I would recommend making sure all of them are organic though, and for the tofu, non GMO as well.

I was also really surprised when I looked up the nutritional value dark leafy greens and spinach to read that both are good sources of protein. So that should help you too.

Beef is good, especially eat the egg whites of hard boiled eggs as those are pure protein little fat. Stay away from protein bars as theyre calorie city and more for people trying to beef up. You might want to look into meal replacement shakes that you can have once a day after working out.

I would take Amino Acids whitch are the building blocks of true protein in human bodies.

Go see a doctor and ask to be refered to a dietician or nutitionist. They`ll know the best way to get protein. Personally, I know tofu and beans are good. Milk or any dairy are good, but not sure if you`re a lacto-ovo vegitarian.
