Yes, and here's my favorite. Make in the minature muffin tins.
(BANANA) MIRAGE MUFFINS
makes 48 miniatures
1 stick margarine
1 tsp. soda in 1 tsp. water
1 c. sugar
1? c. flour
1 egg
? tsp. nutmeg
3–4 bananas, mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream margarine & sugar. Add egg, bananas, & rest of ingredients. Bake in miniature muffin tins sprayed with PAM for 15- 20 min.
with walnuts...? ummummumm! YUM!
But I love blueberry muffins too :)
Used to love them....and banana bread too but my 2nd pregnancy changed my taste buds and now I detest them :(
