I also drink tons of water throughout the day

Answers: I'm trying to include more meatless days in my diet. Can you please look at what I ate yesterday and tell me if I'm forgetting anything, diet wise? I have been so programmed to think that veg is unhealthy that I get paranoid that I'm going to forget some key nutrient....please let me know if this looks like a healthy diet or if it's lacking something??

I see a lot of veggies and fruit and that's great - but the only sources of protein I saw were from animals (butter, cheese, milk). I would try to incorporate some beans and legumes to the meal plan. This is a great way to also add fibre. You can also add some good carbs to your diet - brown rice, sweet potatoes or whole-wheat pasta can be beneficial to you as well.
(I know this was a one-day snapshot and I don't expect to see a huge variety, but I hope my suggestions helped just the same!)

Congratulations for the desire to eat healthy. Keep up the good work. I asure your efforts will not be in vain and you will be rewarded.
I am interested... What is your goal? You want to lose weight or just eat healthier?
My advices for feeling great without meat:
1.Try to introduce beans in your diet from beans you can obtain quality proteins: soy, chickpeas, kidney beans, lentile and all sorts. Also try mushrooms. Some sorts contain more proteins than meat.
2.Before breakfast eat fruits. Then after 10-15 minutes you can eat. They really clean your stomach and you will fell better and better each day
3. If you want to loose weight you have to reduce animal fat: meat, eggs, cheese.
I wish you succes and I sure if you don t give up you will soon see results.

Not something I'd say if I was hanging off the edge of a cliff....vegetarians...help!!! They'd be too pale and weak to pull me up...
