Egg whites are good for you so how many should one eat if starting a diet?!


Question: The white of a large egg, or about 1-1/4 ounces, has 16 calories, 3 g of protein, 2 mg of calcium, 4 mg of phosphorus, 55 mg of sodium, 45 mg of potassium, the weensiest little bit of riboflavin, and no fat, cholesterol, or carbohydrates.
im on a diet at the mo and i lost 7llb last week i allow myself 1400 kcal a day and 52grams of fat most days i dont come close to eating that much though. i would imagine u could eat a few. i normally have 1 slice of nimble bread = 43 kcal, half a tin of plum tomatoes = 16 kcal and a couple of egg whites scrambled. nice healthy low cal breakfast in that breakfast there is only 0.3 fat grams also
