Yes because snails are mollusks.

Why are you asking in the V & V section though?

A pescetarian can eat escargot. It's very yummy when cooked correctly.

What does this have to do with vegetarianism?

Well, "pescetarian" isn't in the dictionary so you can eat whatever you want.

Can a "pescetarian" eat snakes or other reptiles? They aren't cute like mammals or birds so I guess they can.

Snails are even less developed than fish so it makes sense for it to be acceptable.
