Recipe for healthy grain bar.?!

Question: I would like to make my own healthy grain bar but I don't know where to start. Have you got any recipes? Preferabley without nuts as I don't like them apart from on their own. Thanks:-)

I just found this and thought of your question, you need to register, but it's totally worth it. I like baking and cooking without the "banana" replacers, and this site replaces it with silken tofu...I saw some bar recipes.
