I am not a break fest person so what can i substitute for my break fest in the morning?!
--> Eat your favourite HEALTHY snack item. (It does not mean you should eat burgers and fries etc. )
--> Begin with cereal bars, yogurt, a fruit, milkshake, nuts, Melba toasts etc.
--> Al ways remember that not eating breakfast is bad for your health. This will allow you to eat atleast a thing or two.
--> If you feel that sickness of eating in the morning, try eating in your balcony or while you are leaving for school. The fresh air and perhaps sunlight will allow you to finish whatever you have in your hand.

What ever you want. Breakfast is a time of day, not a choice of menus. I eat most "breakfast" food for late night snacks. All you are doing is giving your body fuel to start the day. And your body dosn't care what kind of fuel it is. A ham and cheese sandwich is good to start the day. Or a grilled cheese sandwich....
"Break fest" sounds like a lot more fun than "breakfast." How about a carton of yogurt and a granola bar?
Good question. I'm not a breakfast person either even though I know the benifits of breakfast. I just can't handle anything in my stomach in the morning that is not liquid caffine. It sounds strange to me when I think about it as coffee is by no means easy on the stomach. I would say fruit if you can handle it although I have tried it and it gives me rumblings and an uneasy stomach. A grain cereal is what I eat when I have to eat something so you might try that. Other than that, you'll just have to experiment on what works best for you. Good luck.

Boil yourself up an egg the night before and eat that with an all natural cereal bar. They are easy to carry and quick to eat.
We've been wired up to believe that breakfast means cereal or eggs or pancakes. Your body doesn't care what you eat for breakfast so long as it's nutrition.
So - the good news is you are completely free to pick whatever you like that's good for you.
My favorite is a cheese sandwich on toasted whole wheat with fresh tomato and a little salt and mayo. Yum!
