Are there any types of beans that will not lead to flatulence?!
Answers: In other words, are there any beans that will not make you have gas? I know this is due to the presence of the sugar rubinose in the beans which I and other cannot metabolize. I am not willing to constantly take simethicone to prevent flatulence, so I want to know if there are any kinds of beans that do not contain rubinose.

I hope this helps. :-)
If you add baking soda to the soaking water for beans, you'll be less likely to have gas afterwards.
I have good luck with boiling my beans for ten mins....and letting them set for an hour....drain..add more water and drain again...then cook as usual.the last pot of bean produced no unwanted side effects
BTW the par boiling eliminates the need to soak
nope i tried looking this up for you.. but to no avail do i find a bean that wont make your gut have gas. take some beano
jelly beans!
String beans, wax beans, pole beans, lima beans.
Juju beans!
Of course! --- Bean Bag Beans!
I wouldn't recommend it though... I tried it as a toddler and I distinctly remember remaining gas-free and smelling sweet! My parents weren't impressed though, I bet! ( :
The majority do have a tendency to cause flatulence and, with the exception of Lima beans.
Lima beans also have a wealth of nutritional value as an added advantage - rubinose-free.
Baked beans (as I'm sure your aware, are the worst offenders in that department, so I'd stay away from this bean if I were you...)
Beano Smeano...If you have a case of reoccurring flatulence and absolutely LOVE your beans, try taking charcoal tablets. You can get them at any pharmacy. They're quite safe to take.
Then, you can have your beans and eat them too! Whoo-hoo!

Coffee beans (but they are really berries).
You don't have to eat beans every day.
I never heard of "rubinose", do you mean rafinose?
Somebody said to use Beano, Beano is simethicone.
I don't know of any beans that wouldn't cause 'gas'. In Canada there is a product though that can help prevent it....it's called Beano you can find it in any drugstore. You take it just before you eat gasy foods :-) great for chili too!!
I dont think there are any that don't cause that problem, but try cooking the beans with chunks of carrots. Use large chunks so you can remove it when cooking. It is one of the little home remedies, but I think it works.
