No low carb diets should not be for long term, we all need carbs for enegry. I dont see why you are on a low carb diet if you are trying to gain weight. If you have blood sugar issues then stick with whole grains and complex carbs like sweet potatos, brown rice and 7 grain bread that is not enriched.
Lots of leafy green veggies are also a must. Most people on low to no carb diets suffer from cronic fatigue becasue of it. Think of your body as a furnace you need fule to burn the fire the complex carb is the fuel.
try splenda or mcdonalds parfaits w granola..

If you want to be healthy in the long run, you need to consume healthy carbs and healthy fats as well as everything else. A low carb diet is never healthy and never balanced.
Just eat some food and if you don't gain weight, don't take it too hard. You are born to be slim. If it is the breasts you need, try to forget about it. They are for milk.
