Flaxseeds are the best source of omega-3s. You can get it capsules, preground, or the seeds you can ground yourself
Flax oil, sunflowerseeds and pumkin seeds.
Look for vegan dha supplements, which should be available at Whole Foods and are definitely available online at Food Fight and Vegan Essentials. It's from the same marine microalgae that fish get their omega-3 from to begin with.
And, of course, you can add flax oil and/or flax seed to your food. Walnuts are also a source of omega-3.
