Flaxseeds or flax oil for dha?!

Question: I use bothe the oil in my smooties and protein soya drinks, and the flaxseed meal in all kind of things you get the health benefits of the Omegas and DHA plus it is good sourse of dietary fiber, I use it when I make my home made granola with the dried fruits, oats, rye flakes, hemp seed, and nuts (I am allergic to Sunflower anything), honey and spices.

I would have no problem recommending both product to you and use them freely, the only thing is flax oil needs to be kept cool and ark as it breaks down fast if not.

flax oil is easier to take, in a capsule

I put ground flax seeds in my cereal, in my smoothies and even on salads. I like just the ground seeds, it's versatile and inexpensive (and you can use it as an egg replacer)

I think it is always preferable to use the actual food- the less processing the better. If you use flax oil, make sure it is refrigerated, organic and fresh. It goes rancid really easily, and then it's of no use nutritionally.

I use both, added to food. Don't cook with flax oil as heat will damage it. I use it mainly to make dressing for salad or baked potatoes. I use a grinder to add flax seed to peanut buttered toast, oatmeal, and other things where the nutty taste won't be intrusive.

(I don't really know what you were asking exactly...)
