Yes if you take them in pill form, but not if you eat just fruits and vegetables.

I found the following link that you might find helpful and interesting.

Fat soluable vitamins can reach a toxicity level.

Vitamin A, D, E and K are fat soluable, A and E are considered antioxidants. I never heard of anyone getting vitamin D or E toxicity but I have heard of people getting too much A or K.

However, I have never heard of anyone getting any kind of vitamin toxicity if they got the vitamins from food. I'd be especially careful of taking "megadoses" of vitamin A in pill form.

Taking excessive amounts of water soluable vitamins such as C and the B vitamins is not likely to hurt anybody, but it won't be any better than taking the normal amount. It would also be a waste of money spent on vitamins. Water soluable vitamins are excreted in urine when the body has more than it needs.
