Answers: i dont know what to eat maybe even some kind of oven dish.

Hmmm.... here are some good ideas :P
- peanut butter and banana sandwich
- boca burger on a whole wheat bun or english muffin with lettuce, tomato, onion, and anything else you like on boca burgers
- brown rice and beans
- pasta with marinara or olive oil and garlic pasta
- veggie stir-fry
- vegeterian chili
- veggie wrap with a tortilla, hummus, and any veggies you have.
- tortilla with fat free refried beans, lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, and salsa (microwaved to melt the cheese)
- nachos
- salad

Hope I helped! :)

I like a plain Vegemite sandwich on white bread.
Date Scones.
Ginger Muffins.
Lettuce and Vegemite sandwiches.

I went out into my front yard. Wild mustard grows there (it's a weed). I plucked and ate some leaves.

Did you mean ~
"I'm starving...what should I eat?? I'm a vegetarian. I was thinking something simple, like a pasta or sandwich?"?

Ummmm....as a meat-eater, I would suggest that you may be 'starving' because you fail to ingest anything but fruit & vegetables!

But if you are too through with a spinich salad, cole slaw, cucumber sandwiches & pasta, I'd suggest
~popping a big ole kettle of corn, . [I have 4 times a week!]
~cheese sandwich [maybe grilled? ummm, yum...]
~spinich, cucumber, radish, onion, bell pepper, garlic & mayo salad [fills me up!]
~fried rice isn't too hard to make & is filling.
Bon appitet & Best wishes~

grilled veggies on a sandwich! erm,, so nice! i want one now!

How about pitta bread pizza. Just get pocket or pitta bread (large or small) for your base, top with tomato paste, cheese, spring onion or onion, capsicum, mushroom, olives, pineapple, egg (whatever topping you want) more grated cheese on top and under the griller for 15 minutes until cheese is melted. Voila! instant crispy base pizza! Great hot or cold.

for dinner avoid carbs. stick to veggies, grilled veggies, salads, lean cheese, beans mixed with salad for protein.

An egg salad sandwich? Grilled cheese? If you have time, put the two together and make an omelette or a quiche.

Personally I'd go for a grilled Ruben sandwich or a juicy steak.
