Hummus help?!
Answers: where can you the sabra hummus?
I get mine at Raley's. The Classic. I used to make my own, and got lazy one day--now, creature of habit I am--I'm hopelessly addicted. If they are out, I make them check in the back. Very embarrassing. If I were you, I'd forget all about Sabra, and take the advice of the other posters, and make your own, and never look back. And at $5 a pop, it's no cheap snack. This very minute, I'm trying to remember if there is enough for BOTH my husband and I to have our toasted works bagel, with hummus (only Classic Sabra will do...) and avocado in the morning. Gotta Go! Remember--Garbanzos, garlic, Tahini, lemon--don't look back!!! ;)
You can key a zip code into the Sabra website and it will list the stores that sell their products

I like Cedar's and Emerald Valley brands too.
I just make my own hummus. Never seen the brand you speak of. I'm sure they have a website where you can find out where to buy their products.
Make your own in a food processor
MIx together 1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1clove garlic
1T Tahini
1/4 c warm water
1t ground cumin
1/2t salt
1&1/2 T lime juice.
process until smooth.
I think homemade tastes best! And if you have a food processor, it's a snap to make!
Hummus
4 garlic cloves
2 cups canned chickpeas, drained, liquid reserved
1? teaspoons kosher salt
1/3 cup tahini (sesame paste)
6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (2 lemons)
2 tablespoons water or liquid from the chickpeas
8 dashes hot sauce
Turn on the food processor fitted with the steel blade and drop the garlic down the feed tube; process until it's minced. Add the rest of the ingredients to the food processor and process until the hummus is smoothly pureed. Taste, for seasoning, and serve chilled or at room temperature.
