Is it hard for you to be veggie or vegan?!
I don't find it difficult and rarely get cravings, I find it surprising to see that some people really have to work at it, because I don't. It's admiring how some of you need to work hard but still do it!

for me it was really easy. like one day i just decided it tastes like crap and its wrong to eat it and i just stopped. but now if i even look at meat i feel like throwing up.
It was harder at first but not so much now that I'm used to it.
No, been one for over 30 years, mostly vegan. I couldn't even imagine going back to the average American diet.
No because I eat everything under the sun except meat.
I don't know any different as I was born to veggie mom and dad.
it's easy for me because when i commit to something, i really commit! the smell of meat even makes me sick sometimes!
Vegetarian was a piece of cake, though the smell of bacon frying got to me for years! Vegan was a little tougher, as I had a serious love of cheese...
Going raw however, was a struggle!
When I get cravings, it's usually for broccoli or tempeh or my mom's totally unhealthy, non-vegan chocolate chip cookies that I eat once a year. Meat cravings? Never...
When i first started it was kinda odifficult. But now i dont get any cravings or anything and its really easy for me.
I'm not veggie or vegan, so the answer is yes.
But my mom made it clear that she wasn't going to cook or buy me anything special. And my cooking's terrible so I can't cook stuff myself and had a hard time just eating the side dishes, even though I know that you're not supposed to do that because you could get such if you don't eat enough.
I use to put huge whopping portions of broccoli, green beans, peas, etc on my plate. I knew that I was eating better for the most part, but it's hard when the warm meat comes wafting at you on a cold day. Sure, veggies can be warmed, but they loose their warmth fast.
It's funny how the people who tell the truth about their personal experiences and how it was hard to give up meat get a thumbs down. What?! Like you're not supposed to miss meat at first? At lest they're doing the right thing, right?
I think the beginning of being veg/vegan is hard because you don't know what to eat [the majority of the time]. But once you get the swing of it and look things up, and what places are safe to eat at and what arent, its VERY easy.
It was hard at first but now I'm used to it. There is so much other stuff out there to eat other than meat.
Not for me because I am a flexitarian.
