What do people think of Gordon Ramsy? He bred these lambs and pigs, made them feel safe, named them and then..!
Answers: Killed them and made a meal for his children from the sweet breds. I think he is insensitive. These creatures are living feeling animals and what he did disgusted me! what do you think??
Yes, it takes a very special type of person to raise something to adulthood and then bleed it to death.
At least he gave them a good life before taking them. Have you ever seen how most chickens and cattle are raised before slaughtered and eaten at your local McDonalds or any other fast food joint. Now that's disgusting.
Food does come from somewhere. If you aren't vegetarian/vegan you have to accept the fact that if you're eating meat, it was an animal in the beginning. Not all of us have a problem with that.
I <3 GR!
I think that he raised them a lot more humanely than most livestock int he US are raised. For those who chose to eat meat, at least eat meat that comes from animals who have been well cared for and healthy. Children have been living with livestock and then eating it for thousands of years. It is part of the cycle of life. I support a vegetarian lifestyle personally, but for those who don't I think that the conditions of Ramsy's lifestock, both turkeys and pigs was great.
Do you eat meat? we are carnivores, not vegetarians by design we are meant to eat meat. There was a time when we, as humans, worshiped and thanked the animals that gave their lives to us to keep us warm and fed. Not turn a blind eye to the whole process and pretend it doesn't exist or even worse, not caring where our food is coming from and letting the government "control" how our food is grown processed and delivered. Giving an animal a good home and making it comfortable is what this is all about, you know what it is eating how it was treated and if it is HEALTHY. Yes I do believe that animals have some feelings, maybe some more than others, but would you rather not know the cow your son is eating, or just be blind to the whole process? We are only one maybe 2 generations away from when many people kept chickens, rabbits and livestock for food at their homes. Before you call someone uncaring, you might want to see how those animals are treated, vs the one you ate in your burger the other day.
I dont like him much just because hees obnoxious. got no problem with raising livestock for slaughter. I think were Omnivores, not carnivores.
Insensitive? Yes.
Worse than any other organizations that sell meat? No.
It sounds like the animals had a lovely life all be is short. They could have grown up in the wild spending every day looking for clean water and food while constantly looking over their shoulder for something to eat them. People aren't meant to be vegetarians any more than pigs are; we're both omnivore's!
Meat has to come from somewhere, better it comes from the smaller producer as then it has a greater welfare throughout its life which also greatly increases the quality of the meat.
This is why we dont touch supermarket meat, it is all very low quality & much of it imported into the uk, rather raise our own, at least then we know that every animal had a very happy & content life
