Answers: why is it that some cows i've met begged to be petted? of course they do it in a subtle way like a cat, not overtly like a spoiled doggie. so think about it next time you think there is a difference between Mr. Fido and Miss Steak. there is not.
All animals have feelings. Sometimes you can't tell but they do. Some people think animals are to stupid to have feelings but it ain't true. I don't know bout fish though... they probably do. Like just the other day, i swear my dog started smiling when i took him for his first walk after winter and on a nice day. ALL ANIMALS HAVE FEELINGS!!! Maybe even insects.. not sure about that either though. Hope this helps!!!:)

Ive never had a cow that ive never patted. If I went into the barn at night to do evening feed & I walked past my bull without going through the 15 min head rub, who's a beautiful handsome boy routine, there would be hell to pay for ! The neighbouring farm would complain about the noise my cows would be making.
Yes , cows do have feelings, yes, even they enjoy a bit of social company with the persons who are rearing them, yes they deserve the respect of having a very decent standard of welfare.
This is why we only eat meat that we produce ourselves, because we care enough to give a dam, as do thousands of other producers.

cows have feelings! but the meat industry want us to think they do not, so people would not stop eating meat. If People actually started thinking that cows have feelings they woud not eat them. - boom, there goes the profits for tyson!

Yes, they have feeling too. And we should feel them (cows) for their gratitute for feeding us her breast milk...like a mother...to our babies and adults.
