Maybe you're craving Calcium, Protein, Vitamin D.

Just eat it already. If it's a craving for a healthy food then t's what your body wants.

maybe you just have a taste for it. There are worse cravings in the world.....lol

God, I wish I craved yogurt! I can't stand it. I only crave things that make yogurt look like nothing.

it does have alot of vitamins as well as bacteria the helps your lower gi tract.

Since you stay away from dairy, maybe it's simply that which you are craving.
Yogurt is pretty healthy, relatively high in protein per serving and comes in a non-fat variety.
Eat some! Fulfill your desires! ;)

sounds like you need the calcium.

I say - eat it!
If you are lacking in some nutrient found in yogurt, you'll get it.
If not, you'll fulfill your craving.

Also, why is this in the vegetarian/vegan section?
Especially considering most yogurt contains gelatine - which is definitely not vegetarian.

Calcium deficiency. Try Vitamin Supplements.
Or eat the yogurt,.. as long as your are not an abstaining vegan, you should be fine.

There are soy and rice yogurts, I've seen them in stores like Whole Foods, but lately the regular grocery stores I go to have been adding more and more vegan foods. The only kind that I've eaten is the blueberry flavored rice yogurt which was delicious. These are both dairy and gelatin free, but always check labels to be absolutely sure.
