Try this one. - spinach has loads of protein. as does soy, beans, grains, nuts. Most foods have protein, you just have to decide what and how much.
put spinach on a plate, then put peeled and sliced oranges, put in some apples and nuts, drizzle with dressing.
Another thing, try ordering vegatarain/vegan protein bars, so when ever you really need food you will have something.
