Answers: Are vegetables safe?

Our veggies haven't been safe for a long time!
Soy and corn are one of the worst in GMF, this is what they feed cows, so in turn feed us, that all the pesticides on top of that gets filtered into our dairy...it's one of the main reasons I am vegan.
The best thing to do is buy local and buy organic.....Organic means not GM. Always the best choice.
And just something to be aware of, next time you go out to buy food, check the ingredients to see all the products that have corn syrup...all this corn syrup and soy proteins is GM and pesticide ridden, it's in everything...
Natural is the way to go...and once you do, you lose the taste for all that junk.
Great question (that video is great too) here's a star!
omg this is the whole problem with some discoveries
i say we stop it with this whole chemical baths and just harvest them without anything synthetic
if it not safe to eat vegetables without washing them then how come billions of people did it before the discovery and how come millions do it today without dying??
Safe is in the eye of the beholder. Since you can't do everything perfectly, that's why you make wiser choices when there are alternatives. When you know better, you should strive to do better.
My suggestion - BUY LOCAL!
Buy from growers in your area that you know.
Ask questions.
Grow your own.
Wash EVERYTHING that you eat. Reason that I say this? I live in an area where there are alot of plants - and who knows what is in the air? or what the plant may be blowing off at night when they are less likely to be monitored?
I have also found that as a Christian - I have found a NEW MEANING in why it is IMPORTANT to pray over what I am about to eat. Some of this is more than a tad scary.
i do know for sure. But people still eat them even if they werent safe. life is filled with chances and you got to take them.
Maybe. If you grow the food yourself. Otherwise, there's no guarantee.
