Is it good to eat black dates(two pieces) every morning?!

The 'ajwa' dates of 'Aliya' contain heating effects and these are antidote in the early morning

two dates a night & you want to eat them next morning well if you like the taste of that in the morning go for it they will like being eating out for a get up & go
