I don't drink coffee and I drink my tea black. you could always carry some none dairy creamer in the little packets with you..... :D
I just put sugar in it or leave it black
tea, but not black
I am a coffee addict and I drink coffee with Soy milk. It tastes great to me.
Only tea
Have you got a bottle bag??? I had a heap, god only knows where!!!!
You could use that! :D xxxxxx
Or come to my house! I have rice milk!!
Hi friend, I usually drink only black tea alone and also milk alone I don't like coffee at all....
i have my tea with milk ,just use soya milk as normal i find evaporated milk in tea is very creamy try 1 can of evaporated to 1 pint of cold water then adding it to your tea its nice
Why dont you try avoid coffee?Black or otherwise....try having green tea instead..much better for health and being a vegan sure helps...does wonders on loosing weight too!!
Not a vegan but I hope you don't mind my answering...
I only drink coffee with my wife and I like it black, sometimes with a half a teasepoon of "muscovado" (raw unfiltered) sugar
At the office, I drink green tea "raw"
After that, everything I drink has "proof" after it...
You could carry around a bottle of iced tea with you.
I personally don't care for rice or soya milk in my tea, so I just don't drink it anymore. Plus, the cartons are always too big for one person to drink unless you use it in cereal etc.
I used to try and drink black tea but it's just not for me!
Okay this is how I drink MY coffee!
I don't drink caffeine, so I get a vegan version of coffee. Here in the US we have so many different kinds: "Roma", "Pero", "Postum", (which is my favorite). They are made out of chicory, malted barley, and natural coffee flavor, but have 0% caffeine in them. They are so good. Then I buy the SILK creamers. There are "French Vanilla", "Hazelnut" or just "Plain" flavors.
I usually use the french vanilla and hazelnut together.
What I do is: Pour about I cup of water in a saucepan. Drop in about 4-5 Tbsps of "postum" or whichever powdered vegan coffee that i have, bring it to boiling, then pour in about half a cup of hazelnut creamer, and half a cup of french vanilla creamer. Let it get a little warm, and then pour it into mugs, and top with soy whipped cream. Yum!!!!!!!!!!!!! its to die for! you should try it!
I drink my tea black, but I do like a shot of "milk" in my coffee. I've been using soymilk for several years, and it tastes just fine to me.
As you probably already know, most "non-dairy" creamers have hidden animal ingredients in them, so carrying around those little plastic packets is probably not an option. However, some restaurants will offer you soymilk for your coffee if you ask for it. Not a lot, but I think things are slowly changing for the better. As for your relatives and friends, why not ask if they'll keep a small container of soymilk on hand for when you visit? It costs about 3 bucks for a half-gallon of soymilk, and it'll last for a week or two. I'll bet most of your pals would be willing to accommodate you. :)
