Raw foodists... how do you get enough vitamin B12, vitamin D, iron, calcium, and protein?!

Question: I take it you mean raw vegans?

Well through fruit, vegetables, nuts and sprouted seeds.

Milk is not raw, so not normally drunk by raw vegans.

People may also take a vitamin supplement of B12.

Milk and spinach are rich in all these ..drinking milk fulfills this criteria

B12 - nutritional yeast, sublingual tablet (which everyone should use, not just vegetarians)

Vitamin D - sunlight

Iron - Green, leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruit

Calcium - Green, leafy vegetables, nuts, seeds, fruit (esp. dried)

Protein - everything we eat: vegetables, fruit, nuts, seeds, sprouted grains

YOU DO NOT NEED CALCIUM AND PROTEIN!!
