Hi.
I wanted to go vegan but I didn't think I could give up eggs and milk [i love lattes & cheese]. I did a lot of research about veganism and thought it was too hard. So I decided to give up eggs. There are a lot of foods that do not use eggs, so it isn't as hard to give up. I thought if I gave eggs up that would be a good start if I wanted to go vegan.
My suggestion is:
give up eggs
If you want to, there is egg-replacer at grocery stores so you can just use that in baking if you give up eggs. I am happy I gave them up. =D

Hope this helps!!!!!

You are not vegan, neither vegetarian before.

Your Q&A history reveals that you are not devoted to veggie, or never been blogged in V&V section before. You do not poss adequate knowledge and updates anyway. You will find hard to pick the nuts out of bloom moon. Your sudden existence in V&V indeed bit "tricky" to us, when you're saying that from vegetarianism to veganism to me sound weird.

I wonder why king is referring to himself in the plural?

What is it that you are finding tricky about becoming vegan? If you give a few more details people may have some advice.

King is nice, here is someone genuinely trying to make a difference to animals--- they shouldn't be slated for that.

I too really, really want to be a vegan, but I am finding that meat and dairy alternatives are too expensive for my student budget. I will have to stick with being a vegetarian for now, but I feel so hypocritical. Maybe I'm just not trying hard enough.

So I completely agree with you about it being tricky! But I think the vegan market will get better and better over the coming years, as celebrity chefs are making everyone health freaks!
