Are we suppose to eat carrot? Everybody digest them well?!
Answers: I don't expecially when there are raw.
Try chewing them carefully. Many people don't do this. I have trouble digesting raw carrots too, but shredding them and chewing carefully (for a long time) helps. Cooked carrots don't give me much trouble.
Nice steamed, easy to digest raw or cooked.
Raw acts like a toothbrush!
Loads of vitamin A and lots of other good things.
When they are raw is the best time to eat carrots. They clean your intestines out.
Raw carrots are awesome shredded on a salad or dipped into hummus, but they can be hard to digest. But they are very good for you raw.
Lightly steamed carrots (for about 10 minutes or so) are easy to digest and still very good for you. Drizzle a little lemon juice and flax oil over steamed carrots for a delicious side dish.
