Best quick vegan snack or meal?!
What are some 5 min meals or snacks I could eat.
Are there any chips like cheetos or doritos that are vegan?
What other snack foods are vegan?
Thank you.
Answers: I'm still new at being vegan but I've been near starving because I'm not sure of what to eat yet. lol.

put a carrot (not baby) on a hotdog bun and add ranch dressing like katchup
Put cheese between two tortillas and put in the microwave for 40-50 seconds.
Open up a hot dog bun and spread on peanut butter. Peel a banana and put in like a hot dog.
These are my two favorite Vegeterian snacks.
put spinach on a plate toss in aplle slices, with peeled and sliced oranges. Put in lots of nuts, walnut, almond, sun flawer seeds, etc, drizzle a rasperberry dressing, or anyt you like. its great salad!
I think most corn-chips are vegan - at least the "original" ones are, but not the "cheese"-flavoured ones.
For a 5 minute snack, how about a peanut butter sandwich? (It goes almost without saying, but I'll say it anyway - don't eat white bread, because it has practically zero nutritional value - just empty calories. Use a wholemeal or rye or mixed grain or soy/linseed bread instead.) It'll be a good source of complex carbohydrates, protein, good fats, fibre, vitamins and minerals - as well as taking care of the snack-craving. (As to whether it's vegan or not, make sure to read the product labels - watch out for E471 [an emulsifier] in both products - if it states that it's derived from soy, then it should be ok - if not, then put it back on the shelf and check out a different brand. Also avoid the peanut butter with sugar added.)
As for other snacks, how about fruit and nuts? You could buy a ready-made "trail-mix" or you could mix your own, using some of the following: sultanas, raisins, currants, peanuts, hazelnuts, pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds), cashews, almonds, pine nuts, sunflower seeds, (pitted) dates, dried apricots, dried apple, dried pears, pecans, walnuts, dried goji berries, dried pawpaw/papaya, dried cranberries, dried blueberries, macadamias, Brazil nuts, etc.
How they suffer.
Go to the "Vegetarian & Vegan" section. There you can rave, rant and complain about your misserable lives. Don't bother the gourmets, please.
I get these bars at Walmart called Odwalla bars. A box of six is about $6.42. They are not marketed as vegan because they are made on equipment that may be shared with dairy items. But all the ingredients fit the bill for vegan. They are nutritious and taste great. If that offends you, they also have a bar marked vegan in that same section but it is tinier, costs more and is less filling.
Other ideas, popcorn, triscuits, carrots, apples, PBJ's, some of the commercial canned soups are labeled as vegetarian.
I just run by Whataburger and get a cheeseburger and small Dr Pepper. Works for me.
Wait a minute...Cheetos? Doritos? Check the ingredients. If you're vegan, those will kill you.
