B12 supplementing isn't necessary if one eats any animal products, dairy and/or eggs included. If someone is a strict vegetarian or vegan they still don't need to supplement all that often considering most foods (omnivorous and vegan alike) are fortified, and your body stores b12 for up to 20-30 years. I digress...
Everyone should get Omega 3-6-9s (in correct ratios.) You can get them in all sorts of foods. I tend to add the Health From the Sun's Total EFA liquid (vegetarian version of course) to my smoothies. It's a 3-6-9 blend from flax, borage, and primrose oils.
Take a flax oil supplement daily and you will be fine. Include tree nuts in your daily diet. Tofu contains some omega 3 as well.
Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids found in all seafood, including shellfish, oysters and shrimp. When combined with a healthy diet, research suggests these fatty acids help protect against heart disease.
You can get Omega-3 fatty acids as a vegetarian by eating soy, which includes tofu, walnuts, flaxseed and flaxseed oil.
I don't take any supplements. At the most, a protein shake when I'm running late (makes for a really fast breakfast).
I'm a lactovegetarian, and I just try to keep a balanced meal. If you drink milk or eat eggs, you get B12 from that. you can get omega 3 from certain oils like flax.
I pity you. You won't eat the things that make life worth living. Oysters are ambrosia. I'd just as soon skip Thanksgiving without the oyster stuffing. But I REALLY pity you for having the attitude that you wouldn't try some kind of food. I WILL NEVER understand people like you. What if you never tried your favorite thing now?
