What is a good vegan substitute for nonfat dry milk?!

Question: The dark rye recipe for my bread machine includes nonfat dry milk. Should I just leave it out? Thanks up front for any suggestions! :)

You can leave it out or buy powdered soy milk. It seems to be kind of hard to find in brick & mortar stores. Online it's pretty easy. http://www.luckyvitamin.com/733739058386...

places such as sprouts and sunflower will have powdered soy in their bulk bins. that will do the trick.
