Vegetarians, just what is your beef with Pork?!

Question: Wow, clever pun with words.

Pigs are smart (smarter then dogs), fun, cute, and yes, clean animals and I don't want to eat them. That's my beef.

ummm.. we don't eat it??? do you know what vegetarian means??

You're just fishing for answers and are too chicken to admit it

I'd probably be a vegetarian.

If it weren't for pork chops, bacon, steak, and ribs...

im not a vegeterianan but maybe its about killing animals.... or eating dead ones....
-_-

If you are asking why vegetarians have a problem with the meat from pigs, then you are missing the whole concept of what a vegetarian is.

hahaha... funny question. i'm not a vegan, but i feel bad for the pigs. they sqeal really loud just before being slaughtered. when i was little, my family raised pigs to sell and slaughter. i was life scarring. when i was 4, i saw my aunt and uncle kill a PIGLET. it squealed so loud! it's blood splattered all over my face. pigs are also really cute. it's painful to see them get slaughtered. i used to have a friend who WOULD NOT eat pork for the world. wow, now i'm thinking of quitting pork...

I have a bone to pick with you over your cavier attitude in posting that mis steak

I have never heard of a dish that contained Beef with Pork. Sounds good. Maybe like a Chinese one? Is it a mandarin cuisine?

Pork = Dead pigs. I'm not a vegetarian, but I would be if I considered the fact that pork comes from Dead Pigs, and Pigs are disgusting animals that roll around in mud all day...and worse things...

In factory farms pigs are confined to crates stacked one upon the other. As they grow, they become unable to lie down or turn around. The urine and feces of the pigs above fall through the crate's slatted floors onto the ones below.

Pigs are intelligent and inherently social animals, and this treatment causes anxiety, aggression and madness.

Im a meat lover Elric....so beef and pork suits me just fine...lol

I dont eat pork because im a vegan and the reason I dont eat pork is because of how there treated , they are forced to live in cages so small they cant even turn around.

Ia'm not a vegan, and i don't eat pork; And that is because i worked in the country, back home in Panama and i saw all ~What they do to farm animal and it's really sad, animals crulty is a bad thing to see, and to live with, but God created them for man used, and benefit, for food and clothes, and God made it clear !?When He told man to take care of the animal, protect them and feed them, he put man encharged off every thing in the creation, but He did not said to abuse them, whipped, them nor any thing like that, so if you like pork is nothing wrong with that, and if you don;t is ok too. peace.

It's a rotting pig carcass.

Pork?
Pigs?
Can someone eat them?

Wow, I took this as a joke: obviously many did not,,,I thought it was funny honey ;) I'm against bread it makes me fat, so there I love meat but I just don't think of where it comes from just like I don't think of all the bug that have crawled all over my vegetables and fruits and the pesticides either, and the maggots that have swarmed my chocolate etc,,,,,if you guys knew about everything in your food you probably would never eat anything,,come on get real!

I'm a vegetarian. Just the smell of meat makes me feel ill BUT I believe in animals being bred and kept for human consumption and I must love my other half dearly cos I cook meat for him..... tho I confess I wear rubber gloves when cutting up chicken, its so slimy........ yuk

It's cruel, disgusting, and completely unhealthy.

Next question.

Lol...not a veggie and I love pork...especially the lovely crisp and fattening skin.

No beef; pork; lamb etc. Too cruel.
