Your toddler does not NEED to eat beef, no way. There is nothing in beef the toddler needs.

A vegetarian diet is suitable for all age groups.

There are many people that are life-long veggies.

Maybe have a look at a leader in information on veggie matters to see if it will suit you, you could start here :

yes i did a few wks ago. i haven't eaten beef since.

I won't watch it - and I already don't eat meat.

That disgusted me.

It brings a huge stab in the back for the regular breeders etc who look after their animals.
I am glad to see the workers are going to face chargers, but I have yet to hear about the company themselves.

I saw it this morning. That was disgusting. I wish they'd shut the plant down entirely forever. I'm sure they won't though. I'll still continue eating the organic beef I've been doing.

It is very hard to watch and it is an accurate glimpse into the world of large scale meat production. You don't need to eat beef to get the nutrients. Things like legumes (beans) and the products made from them (like tofu) are good substitutes.

Honestly, he doesn't need it. If you make sure that you fill his diet with the same nutrition from other foods it won't impair his growth. I'd say substitute ground beef with ground turkey and work on adding beans, nuts, eggs, and even tofu to your diets and he won't be missing a thing, and neither will you.

Of course, do some research yourself to make sure. It's always best to see the facts in front of you instead of just taking some stranger's word on it.

I watched bits of it and I was very disgusted. I have been wanting to become a vegetarian for quite some time and this may be the catalyst that allows me to go for it. I tried it many years ago for a year and I honestly felt so much better. I knocked out all meat, but did have milk, eggs and fish occasionally. I think I may go back to that lifestyle as it's beneficial in so many ways and I can feel better about not being part of the profit for these slaughterhouses.
I love animals and I can't in good conscious continue to eat beef or any other caged animals.
With Fish, you can still get protein without supplements and it's brain food which is good for you.

Yes I did, you haven't seen nothing yet!
Watch this other video: http://www.chooseveg.com/animal-cruelty....

I feel terrible, this was an eye opener for a lot of us!

Yes, and it made me cry :(
Toddlers dont need nutrition from beef.
No one NEEDS to eat meat.
There are plenty of healthy meat substitutes.

i didn't see it, but i don't believe your toddler needs it, try looking at websites like goveg.com

I didnt but I have seen videos before. I think that people are just cruel and sick! I think its very unfair that they do things like this to such gentle creatures. Im a vegeterian and Im still young and growing. I eat black bean burritos and other beans that give me the protein I need. If your nervous about your childs health you can try organic meat or just get him used to eating lots of vegatables. Soy milk is great too! From eggs and the milk hell get lots of protein. Meat is mostly fat and is not that healthy. People are just like animals. Some are carnivores while some are herbivores. Me-Herbavores
Ignorant sickos-Carnivores(omnivores)
