Hi! Can't decide what to do, narrowred it down to two possibilities!?!

Question: Got a load of Vegetarian Feta cheese.

Now, do i do a lovely starter of
Chicory, orange and feta salad, with crispy croutons, citrus vinagrette (the chicory can be bitter so the orange lends a sweetness, you can use satsumas, clementines or mandarins if you have no ordinary sweet oranges, just peel and skin if you can) the croutons add a nice crunch and the feta adds a creamy, salty bite

Or shall I make a golden flaky pastry spinach and feta pie?

How much is a "load" of cheese? Whichever one will use up the most cheese if you want to use it all up in one go. I think the pie would do that. Do both if you have enough cheese.

The pie sounds great! Go with the pie and post me some please!

wow - they both sound absolutely delicious. I am leaning towards the salad, it just sounds so refreshing.

    both sound really good

The pie sounds great, with a nice pork chop - yum!

I vote for spinach feta pastry but they both sound delicious. Are you looking for a job as a vegetarian home chef in South Florida by chance?

    The pie!

Both sound delicious - had that sort of pie on holiday in Greece but it was very filling. As it's going to be a starter I'd go with the light, healthy, tasty and fresh salad!
