Disadvantages to castile soap?!
Answers: why isnt this stuff more popular or used more often? i have trouble even finding it in a regular store. my bf is vegetarian and just starting using peppermint and tea tree oil castile soaps. i love them too! i wonder if burts bees makes castile soap, i bet they do. or toms of maine.
I've used Dr.Bronner's for a ton of different uses....hair, dishes, etc....never found it drying and there are a few different fragrances....it's wonderful because it's concentrated.
Disadvantages? I can't imagine that there would be any.
Burt's Bees does have many vegetable based soaps.
I haven't purchased anything from Tom's of Maine since they were bought out by Colgate, who, of course, tests on animals.
they suck out all the moisture, very drying to your naturally occuring oils, which can lead to some problems.
I use Dr. Bonner's Liquid "Soaps". They are not drying at all the way some Castile soaps can be. Come it a super selection of natural scents.
LOL I use the Baby one on my dog.
There are no disadvantages..i love it.But its true,i can't find it anywhere but healthfood stores or online! Burts bees i know has body wash but its not cheap.
