Lentil, beans and nuts are good sources of protein.

Your best bet is legumes (any and all beans) and tofu.

Pulses, soy, milk, cheese, eggs, yoghurt, yeast, some types of seaweed and buckwheat are all good sources of protein. Quorn is also a good vegetarian alternative which is made from the fungus mycoprotein.

Tofu, beans, nuts, whole grains. Dairy products, if you're not vegan.

Hot man juice, straight from the source is best, "loads" of protein.
