Eat more dairy, I'm 14 and a vegetarian too and I have to eat more dairy to stay healthy. And also REALLY seriously, watch the food network some, they have vegetable dishes that will get you to eat more, even ones you THINK you don't like.

well corn isnt good for you, its not bad but u dontm get anythign out of corn. the other things are good but its just not the right nutrients ur body needs

i am vegetration and i am healthy. I hate carrots, so my mom makes carrot juice!!.....it works for me

just by being vegeterrian and being limited to those 3 vegtabkes that you like, it is still not very good for you. you are not getting enough nutrition found in other foods. remember, when your vegeterian, you only cant eat meat. if you are a vegan, no animal products at all.

how long have you been a vegetarian for? Protein pills are not going to substitute the amount of daily protein you need!

eat some beans. good protein. If you feel weak you need to just start eating vegetables regardless if you like them or not. I loveeee steamed broccoli or string beans. Yummm

Find recipes for different kinds of vegetarian meals. There are thousands of different kinds of meal you can prepare. Try something new each day.

I know it's hard being a vegetarian.

Keep trying different veggies different ways. Corn and potatoes are probably the least healthy ones.
Peanut butter is good. How about different beans... pinto beans... those kind have a lot of protein and are good for you. How about eggs?? Try to eat whole grain pastas and breads, too.
I'm a meat lover so I can't imagine going without...

You HAVE to expand your diet. Try tofu it can be cooked so many different ways that you are sure to fine at least 1 way that you like it.

eat more veggie burgers, veggie chicken..basically anything made by boca or morningstar.

Whey-protein is a viable solution, it comes in flavored drinks, unflavored/flavored powder that you can mix into things. Also, try soy-based products.

Many vegetarians are unhealthy because they do not maintain the nutrients that they need. Also, a doctor can recommend other things you could try.

like Laura said watch the food network and just experiment with beans , fruits and other vegetables and see what you can eat and then make meals out of that.

Have you ever even tried meat. If not you should. But talk to your doctor first see if theres something else you could do. Seeing that you don't eat much since your so limited and not liking many veggies and not liking meat at all is a prob. My cousin is a vegatarian and she can't have meat at all shes like in her 20's and her doctor said not to have meat. Bc it will be hard to digest since she never had meat. And her body isn't used to it. Bc she was gonna start having meat bc she was tired of always being weak and having low energy. But i don't think she could ever have meat bc her body can't digest it. So go to your doctor and tell him that you need to try something new bc you feel tired and have low energy all the time. You should go ASAP bc you don't want to have low energy for long bc then you can easly get sick bc your immune system will go down easly with out energy.

I have the same problem. I have been a vegetarian for over 3 years and the only vegetables i eat are potatoes and corn. I am constantly tired, worn out. But the doctor says I am fine. I suggest taking a womens multi vitamin, and also go to your doctor to get a blood test done to determine whether you lack in any minerals/vitamins. If you do, take supplements for the things you lack.

fake meats all the way, and its easy to buy them for your local food store. -

eat spinach loads of protein

learn to cook differently, maybe you do not like the way the veggies are done so far, so go learn new ways! easy!

cheese,dairy,wheat,water,etc.....

i agree w/ what the other person said:
watch the food network channel and you may get some ideas of new dishes to try!

Try more whole grains, dairy, eggs, mushrooms, peanuts (really high in protien) My wife went veggie a few years ago and was sleeping all the time. Her doctor diagnosed malnutrition. Now she's still veggie, but will eat fish, eggs and dairy.

I, on the other hand am a diabetic and diagnosed hypertaster. All veggies taste bitter to me, and they come back up when I eat them. I can't eat carbs, so all I have left is meat, dairy and fruit.

Meals at our house are "interesting"!

You either eat or else. Here's the big question, you cannot OR will not eat meat. If you choose to not eat meat, that is VERY different from cannot eat meat.
My point is that if you are going to say that you don't like vegetables, then you either eat it though you don't like it or re-evaluate being vegetarian. It's not a choice that is appropriate for everyone.

You should talk with a nutritionist, your parents and anyone else you might need to regarding your choices. You probably do have the freedom to choose.

umm, corn is not a vegetable it is a grain, potatoes are also starchy, cucumbers are ok but not by themselves. even with meat in your diet you will have trouble getting a balanced diet without vegetables. everyone says protien protien protien but there are tond of other nutrients that you are missing!
this sounds more like an eating disorder masking itself as a lifestyle choice, perhaps a consult with a dietitian nutritionist and psychiatrist would be in order.

You can't be healthy and stay vegetarian while you are young. Especially if you are menstruating, you need nutrients (like iron) that are depleted from your body when menstruating. Depriving yourself of meat should be considered an eating disorder. Don't even get me started on veganism.

Me too like 6 months ago. I can relate to the feeling weak thing. You’ll grow to love veggies. I hated them at first, but you’re going to have to do research to find foods you like. Eggplant is good, so is broccoli, you can eat more starches such as pasta and bread but be careful of the carbs. Fruits are great to. Nuts are a must. Also give beans a try. You could eat stuff like boca products but its processed so too much could make u sick,

Protein pills are not effective, you need more nuts, seeds, and beans.Try a good quality protein powder. I use NOW Brand soy powder to make smoothies. Dairy is good, just watch your saturated fat intake.

I think it's pretty immature to say you only like those three vegetables. Try some more. Vegetables are delicious, and I don't believe anyone who says they don't like them, they just THINK they don't like them, or don't WANT to like them. My boyfriend for example!

Also, you can eat things other than veggies if you're a vegetarian! Meat substitutions might be an option for you like quorn, also tofu, rice, pasta, barley, noodles are all vegetarian.

there's a new drink out from "special K" and it has five grams of protien its very good for a vegitarian and it taste really good to, and i'm a pickyy eater. Also just because your a vegatarian doesn't mean you have to eat vegtables all the time. i hate vegtables but i've found other things to make them taste better like celery and peanut butter, candied carrots, brocolli with melted cheese, its all simple just take a vegtable and add toppings to it and you'll be suprised

totally try bean burriots with lots of spalsa..amazing!! I usually eat spinach, corn, potatoes, brockolli and cheese, tomatoes(sause, salsa),sauteued string beans, also when my nana makes lil tacos(in scoops) I put salsa, cheddar cheese and garbanzo beans. I cant even taste them!! Im very energetic because I play tennis. Try out some of those and see what happens!

I dont eat much veggies either, just dont give up on them! eat the ones you like, try new ones too.
For protein, eat beans, nuts and seeds. And eat lots of fruit!

If you hate vegetables you aren't a healthy omnivore either.

Go back to eating meat. A vegetarian lifestyle isn't for you.

Try soyabeens,have milk,butter,paneer etc
U can feel better.

Soy bean products might work for you. They are full of protien.
