Menu for infant?!
Answers: At the moment my son(11mo) is a vegetarian when he turns 1 yrs old I may start feeding him Kosher meat (for religous purposes). But in the mean time i need a good nutritional menu for him..he eats all solids...no baby food! please no critisism!
Here's a guide to vegetarian diets for children that you might find useful:

You might also want to consult a nutritionist.
Also, I'm sure you'll get some criticism, but please pay no attention to it. The American Dietetic Association (one of the nation's leading experts on nutrition) states: "Well-planned vegan and other types of vegetarian diets are appropriate for all stages of the life cycle, including during pregnancy, lactation, infancy, childhood and adolescence."

Good luck!
No offense but 1 year is still too young to be eating meat. It's very hard to digest and is loaded with bacteria. Infants have such weak immune systems. He can eat everything else though.

grapes
apple slices
banana slices
with yogurt on the side
