I've been vegetarian. There really isn't an "adjustment period" nutritionally. You still need to eat protein. I'd advise making small changes, like - eat a pizza, just don't put meat on it. Sounds like you're not eating enough, or not eating a balanced diet. The best thing you can do for yourself is cook your own food. Be sure to get enough protein - eat beans, nuts, dairy, even bread. Eat from those categories every day and you'll get complete proteins.

If you get sick, don't you think your body is trying to tell you something?
If you lick the floor every day and you get sick, I'd say thats a sign to stop licking the floor

I just stopped eating meat etc and that was that. No need for books, except some nice cook books. Everyone I know who became a vegataran is fine. It's not a big deal for your body. How much difference is there betwen a pizza with meat or without?

Idk im 17 and been a veggie for like a year now but iv noticed i get dizzy alot and sleep after school so i want some answers to haha........I feel so Munch better and im in peta and have something to care about...........im a animal freak..always have been and always will be.

one day i just stopped eating meat and eggs just eat the side dishes and ist's easy
