What is Colza oil? Is it Conola oil? And is it good for you?!

Canola is actually VERY good for you, very very low in the bad fats. The only one that's better, of the 'normal' oils is olive oil.

Canola oil is from the rape seed. Although the rape seed has poisons in it the poisons are removed, some people will not use canola oil because of this. Canola oil is mild in taste so will not overpower what you are cooking and when refined has a very high smoking point . Another benefit that it contains omegas 3, 6 and 9. If you choose to use it use only oil that has been pressed. Many companies use a solvent process to remove the oil form the seed.
