Who here eats raw vegan food?!
Answers: My mom recently took me to a raw vegan food convention and I thought it was a bunch of bullcrap, but I'd like to hear your opinions on this eating style.
I do a 85% RAW to 15% COOKED Diet
This past summer I did 100% Raw. I find it so healthy, my energy levels are incredible.
I keep it pretty simple, mostly I do the Fresh Veggies, Fruits, Nuts & Seeds. With my cooked food being Gluten Free Grains & Potatos.
Luv Green Smoothies & Fresh made Juices.
1 of the best Uncook books around is RAW FOOD MADE EASY by Jennifer Cornbleet. It's simple & requires very little in fancy equipment, small portions (1 or 2 servings).

Actually it's all in what you believe. I control my hunger more and crave less sugar and feel healthy inside out.. Give it a try b4 you incriminate it. Dont worry about weight gain or acne

i have started, I eat vegan food and half the time raw vegan, my skin looks so amazing! Idon't even feellike i need foundation. I can feel when i eat crap, that my body is all like, not liking it. But with raw vegan, erm,, it feel good
Its hard to describe it, but it really works, you got to try it for a whil, like a few weeks and you'll see!

I used to, but I didn't do a very good job of it. I ate mostly fruit and I actually gained weight and was cranky all the time. Now I try to eat one raw meal three times a week (cooked and raw foods together at all other meals) and that works better for me!
It is the best thing I have EVER done for my health.
I have healed a number of deliberating diseases (ulcerative colitis, fatigue, depression and reversed diabetics) by eating raw vegan – completely without the use of drugs or medical intervention.
Prior to going raw seven months ago, I could barely drag myself out of bed. Now I have so much energy, I hardly know what to do with myself.
I have also dropped four dress sizes and people (friends and strangers) keep commenting on how healthy my hair and skins looks.
I find it sad that you think it’s “a bunch of bullcrap”, without even bothering to try it for yourself. However, if you think that way (even after being taken to a raw convention) there is probably not a lot I can say to convince you otherwise.
