Yes, here is a list. These are all sold in American stores I believe so you may not get use of it if you live elsewhere.

don't you love stupid people?? Veggies DO eat cheese!! Vegans do NOT! there is a difference... You can tell by reading the ingredients on the cheese.. I'm not sure exactly what it is called.. i always by the cheese that has the Vegetarian stamp on it..

Usually, unless otherwise specified, since it's cheaper to mass produce cheese with rennet, most commercial cheese that you'll find at the store isn't vegetarian. In some more specialized deli counters/stores, they carry rennet-free cheese; ask for a selection.
Of course soya cheese is vegetarian- I guess it must taste okay, since it made it to most grocery stores. I don't buy it, for it contains casein, a milk protein, and I'm vegan, so that doesn't work for me. There's vegan cheese too, but most taste like glue, so I avoid buying that. I hope this was helpful to you.

If a person is a lacto/ovo .

There are plenty of cheeses which do not contain rennet. Your best best is to only eat cheese which does not have rennet listed as an ingredient. When eating out, order no cheese.

Many manufacturers list ingredients and specify they are using non-animal rennet. I called a major producer (no type of rennet was specified) and was advised that almost all large commercial producers use non-animal rennet. He said that generally small producers and in particular Italian cheese manufacturers would use animal rennet.

You can by soy or non-dairy cheese that taste basically the same.
They even have vegan mac & cheese.

Check out these brands;

Silk, Vitasoy, Edensoy, WestSoy, Rice Dream, Soy Delicious, Soy Dream, Rice Dream, Tofutti, WholeSoy, Edy's Sorbet, Boca's Vegan Burgers (and more), Gardenburgers, Amu's California Burger (and more), Yves Veggie Original,
Lightlife, SoyBiy, ToFurkey, Original Veggie Dogs, Grillers Burger Style Crumbles, Trader Joe's Poppers, Health Is Wealth, Fantastic Foods, EnerG, StonyField,Soymage, Veggie Kaas, Vegan Rella, Road's End Organics, Nate's Meatless Meatballs, Soy Garden Earth Balance

These brands have meatless meatballs, burgers, hotdogs, sausages and ham.
Even have different types of meatless sandwch meats, and non-dairy cheese and non-dairy icecream, soy yougurt and ALOT more.They even have non dairy mac & cheese. So check them out.

You need to read the labels. If it doesn't specify, I would assume it was made with animal rennet. Tillamook cheeses are made without (at least most of them, I'm not sure about all of them) and they clearly label on the side of the package that they were made with vegetable rennet.

Ask at the deli counter

You do understand that cheese is made with animal products from the get-go, right?

Makes one ask the question, are you like a 'sorta vegetarian'?

I believe I'll go grill a big ol' chunk of cow and eat it with the blood oozing out of it while I laugh at you. (Not laugh with you - laugh AT you.)
