brown rice is better for you, which is why bodybuilders eat it.

mmmm definitely brown rice.

Basmati rice.

white rice is the best! although unfortunately brown rice has more nutrients people say.

Brown rice is whole grain therefore better for you, but of course, white rice tastes better.

white rice..it goes with almost anything

Definitely brown rice.

yes, please!

I like both - it just depends on what it is going with. I like white rice with Chinese Food but I like brown rice to eat plain as a side dish because it has so much more flavor. My kids even like the grain taste better!

Brown rice is much healthier because it is the whole grain.
Any white foods (white rice, potatoes, white bread, white sugar) is basically a simple carbohydrate that will cause your blood sugar to spike and can contribute to things like obesity, insulin resistance, and diabetes.

Brown rice. Definately. Cuz even though there isn't much of a taste difference, the look to brown rice gives the illusion of some flavor.

If I was stuck on an island and I had to choose between the two, I would definitely go with the brown rice for it's nutritional superiority.

However, since we're all blessed with so many good foods I would answer both. It definitely depends on what you're cooking.

I prefer brown rice, but I will eat white rice if it's all the restaurant has (two of my favorite restaurants serve only white rice, so I grin and eat it). Brown rice is far more nutritious and has more fiber than white rice.

Brown rice is more nutritional.
I tend to like brown rice more because of the texture.

white rice prefered.

While white rice may taste better in some meals brown rice is much better for you, and doesn't taste too bad. White rice is really brown rice without the hull/shell.
