Was hitler a vegetarian?!
but i still don't know if is true.
Answers: one day i was talking to my dad and he called me dumb or something so i said did you know people who are vegeterians have a higher IQ then people who eat meat. Then he told me that hitler was a vegetarian, and shut up . lol
but i still don't know if is true.
That's what they say...
But I would imagine that someone who does such inhumane things would not want to see blood on his plate....so I would assume it's true. :)
When someone tells me to shut up, even as a joke, I don't talk to them for a week! You should try that sometime. :)
He wasn't lying. Hitler was a vegetarian.
Yes. He was. And he didn't drink or smoke either.
no.he use to meat
yea he was. lol

says here he wasn`t....
next time someone says hilter was vegetarian, ask them - "did you have dinner with Hilter every day, his whole life?" erm, didn't think so.
no because, people that are vegetarian are more caring. he would not have killed humans and cared about animals.
also, he was german, so does it mean all germans are mean killers?
besides why is your dad talking mean stuff at you like that, thats not nice!
yes he actually was
would you mind answering my question

Yes but only for health reasons (obviously, he wasn't someone to care about ethics). He did enjoy beef broth though, so he wasn't a true vegetarian. Tell your dad that Hitler is not a role model for anyone, vegetarian or not.
Yes he was. He was selfish and wanted to improve his health and lifestyle. Most vegetarians don't become vegetarians because they care about animals, its because they are obsessed with their health, and themselves. Most celebs are vegetarians due to this reason alone.
"people who are vegeterians [sic] have a higher IQ then [sic] people who eat meat" sounds like one of those factoids that's open to a lot of misinterpretation. are people with high I.Q.s more likely to become vegetarians, or does being a vegetarian give you a higher I.Q.? my guess it's more of a behavioral issue than a cause and effect. people are born with a certain I.Q., which can be increased slightly over time, but probably not simply by becoming a vegetarian. [it certainly hasn't helped you learn how to spell "vegetArian" and "thAn"]
Actually Hitler was not a vegetarian. It was suggested to Hitler, by his doctor, that he should not consume meat do to his stomach problems, but he continued anyway.
It has also been said that Hitler's vegetarianism may have just been devised by propaganda chief Joseph Goebbels, to make the ruthless dictator seem like an ascetic without vices who neither drank, nor smoked, nor ate meat, and was devoted above all to his people.
Great website to explain why omni's are always trying to use this argument, found it very insightful and true

I love the Franklin point, its so true.
Hitler probably had a pretty high IQ, too (though he was a baddo)
He was also a vegetarian.
There has been big debate about this, here are some articles about it, most of what I have seen it says he is not.

But, even if he was so? Gandhi, Leonardo da Vinci, Leo Tolstoy, Albert Einstein, Coretta Scott King were all vegetarians/vegans and did a great deal for our history. Also higher IQ does not equal higher compassion, logic, & empathy for all living things. Although yes vegetarians and vegans do have higher IQ than people who eat meat, there are some meat eaters who have high IQ as well, so therefore there could also be some veg*ans with a high IQ that does not have compassion for all living things. As well not all veg*ans have a high IQ.
No, no, no. Hitler was NOT a vegetarian. Check John Robbins' website in the Q&A section. A famous French chef from that time period published a cook book containing hitler's favorite recipes and they all contained meat. He said he was a vegetarian because he wanted to show his army how strict he was. He smoked too.
Some people say Hitler was a vegetarian, and maybe he was at least some of the time.
However, his personal chef apparently wrote a book and states that he was not a vegetarian.

German composer Richard Wagner was a vegetarian and had anti-Jewish views. He was very famous and many Germans considered him to be a cultural hero. Hitler is said to have been a lifelong fan of Wagner and may have tried vegetarianism to emulate his hero.
Since Adoph Hitler has been dead for about 60 years it's hard to say one way or the other. But I think if his chef says he wasn't vegetarian, he probably wasn't vegetarian.
I have heard that some research shows that people who convert to vegetarianism tend to have higher IQs, but I'm not sure how reliable that is. People who make a decision to do something different from their parents' teachings might tend to have higher IQs, but what about people were raised vegetarian and never questioned their parents? I never heard of that being researched.
he wasn't vegetarian..it was all propaganda
but even if he was so what....their have been meat eaters like stalin
Check this link out he was a vegetarian. Very good infor..
yep..strangely enough he was, and because he did'nt like animal cruelty..irony or what?
It's a myth that uninformed meat eaters bring up to try to discredit vegetarians. Hitler was advised by a doctor to abstain from meat for medical reasons, but there is ample evidence that he didn't follow doctor's orders.
