Which is better to eat: poptarts or cereal?!

Depends on the ingredients of the cereal - some contain so much sugar and so many artificial chemicals and additives that their nutritional benefits are negligable.
Choose a low fat, low sugar cereal - if only because slow-release carbohydrates give you progressive energy throughout the morning rather than a sugar rush which collapses by 10am.
cereal with soy milk is the way for me.
I prefer cereal for some reason. Poptarts are good (sometimes a wee bit too sweet), but I can't eat them every morning.

Unfrosted fruit pop tarts are vegan, but there is a lot more choices for vegan cereals out there.

Do you mean better health-wise or tastes better? Well... either way, it's cereal for me. I hate poptarts! Yuck. They're so artificial tasting! (Although, Toaster Strudels are SO good!!) So... I guess if you said Toaster Strudels, I would take those over cereal! Yum. But that said, cereal is still generally healthier for you, of course depending on the kind. IE: Alpen vs Frosted Flakes.

well. pop-tarts are the best. In general. but if you want to know for the healthy matter... Than definately cereal.

Cereal definitely, preferably one without too much sugar. Eat with vanilla soy/almond/rice/hemp milk.
well, if you're a veg(etari)an, then you'd better stick with cereal. Pop Tarts have gelatine (or gelatin) which is an animal product. it's made by boiling the bones/hooves, tendons, ligaments, tissues, and cartilage of animals.
If the cereals you are eating have the same nutritional profile as poptarts then it doesn't really matter. Neither of them are good for you. If the cereal has move fiber and less sugar, you will be way ahead.
More often than not, I'd recommend cereal...unless, of course, you're eating something like Captain Crunch -- in which case, it's pretty similar in terms of sugar.

Poptarts just contain more sugar and fat than cereal (depending if you get the old fashioned corn flakes.)

It really depends. There are way more healthier cereals than pop tarts. So I would say cereal. Try some raisin bran with some low fat milk. Yum!
