but i was wondering, is there any lunch meat that's not made of animal flesh, so i can make a sandwhich?

In the freash produce section at wal-mart, they sell Smart Deli products, along with other vegan products.
"Yves" soy products have veggie bologna,turkey,roast beef,chicken,and salami slices.They are awesome on sandwiches or veggie pizza
yeah, there's tons of good stuff! i use "smart balance" fake bologna. they make salami and stuff like that, but i really only like the bologna.

Oh yeah, there are a few, but I don't find them very great...but I've tried them (my guy liked a them once in a while).
Another thing that you can do is slice firm tofu thinly and fry in veggie beef (or veggie/chicken) bouillon.
I also like to bake some tofu in apple cider vinegar and use that on sandwiches.
But my fav really is using avocado..I love it, the texture and flavor. I have used grilled veggies too, with a little spaghetti sauce...

My favorites are Yves bologna and ham and Tofurkey Hickory Smoked. There are other brands as well, but I believe those are the best.

Yves has Meatless Deli Slices (Bologna, Ham, Turkey, Salami, Pepperoni, Smoked Chicken, Roast without the beef)
I love the Tofurky deli slices. My favorite are the hickory smoked ones, but they have different kinds too.
