what i like to do is make some steamed rice and pit it on a plate with some grilled asparagus and some grilled mushrooms and onions and add a little soy sauce on top its really good and you could probably add some type of tofu on that but i dont like tofu
I like a "Vegalad" that has two kinds of lettuce, raw spinach, cabbage, tomato, onion slices, carrot strips, celery, zuchinni, cucumber, raw brocolli, raw cauliflower, pine nuts, sliced olives, sliced radishes, and some times some shredded cheese on top. Usually people don't realize that it is the dressing and the amount of dressing that increases the calories. Even my significant other has learned to eat raw veggies this way.
