Does L'oreal test on animals?!

Question: I try to boycott the companies that test on animals and i was wondering if L'oreal is one of those? I know Proctor and Gamble products are also off my list. Does anyone know of any other offending companies? What about companies that do not test - does anyone know some good ones?

I hope this helps,it is good to also call the companies and let them no that you will not buy their products unless they stop the horrific testing they do on animals. Thanks!
