PETA has a list of Easter goodies that could fill a vegan Easter basket:

Also, ask around on theppk.com - somebody there would definitely know. I even found a recipe for vegan cream-filled-eggs on that forum.
You can easily make your own with vegan chocolate and moulds. That'd be a fun Easter craft!
Oh, and apparently the Cadbury Old Gold bunnies are vegan.
Also, check out:

Best of luck!
just incase you don't find any, you could make some yourself and sell them! - to me! hehehehe
I bet it'd be easy to make, melt vegan cho. pour over easter egg shape mold, let it cool, eat! and send some to kimberley W! lol!
good luck!
Sjaak’s Bunnies & Cream Eggs: The people at Sjaak’s never forget their vegan clientèle around the holidays. For Easter they wanted to make sure those who live without dairy and eggs won’t have to sacrifice chocolate bunnies:
Organic Vegan Truffle Cream Eggs - A five piece bag wrapped in festive foil
Organic Vegan Chocolate Sitting Bunny
Organic Vegan Chocolate Basket with Bunny and Eggs
Organic Vegan Chocolate Easter Eggs - A 12 piece bag wrapped in festive foil.
Organic Vegan Nuts & Chews Spring box - A 9 piece assortment of caramels (yes, they are dairy-free!), nut clusters and toffees.

He is in the correct area Happy Cooker.
But no I don't know where to find them. Technically plastic isn't vegan.. I dunno. Just wanted to tell 'Happy Cooker' to stop being so retarded.
If you're looking for vegan Easter Candy, I believe both Pangea (www.veganstore.com) and Vegan Essentials (www.veganessentials.com) will have it.
If you are looking for vegan versions of eggs for Easter Egg hunts, I think you can buy egg-shaped pieces of wood to color. I think some stores also sell plastic eggs you can open and fill with treats.
Go into the vegetarian and vegan section of food.
