I've just started eating nothing, but fruits and veggies. I can't stop flagellating?!

Question: Does anyone know why? How do I make it stop?

Answers: Does anyone know why? How do I make it stop?

I am a life long vegetarian. But, I know that if you have been eating unhealthy food for a long time, and then made a switch to healthy food, the CLEANSING reaction can cause gas.

Fruits and vegetables are very cleansing. If you have old meat and junk still built up in the lining of your intestines, then the fruits and veggies will clean them out. They LOOSEn the old junk faster than your body can remove it.

Also be aware that certain combinations of foods produce gas.

You MUST drink a lot more water. Also chewing on FENNEL seeds, is a very quick fix!!

flag·el·late /v. Pronunciation verb, -lat·ed, -lat·ing, adjective, noun
–verb (used with object) 1. to whip; scourge; flog; lash.

I think you mean flatulent not flagellate.

flat·u·lent
–adjective 1. generating gas in the alimentary canal, as food.
2. attended with, caused by, or suffering from such an accumulation of gas.

Take some Bean-o. Take Bean-o before you eat, there will Bean-o gas... lol Good luck!

not sure at all

mabey because your used to it!!!

You've become a vegan and you can't stop whipping yourself? That's unusual.

Does anyone know why?

I'm certain no one does, not even you....LOL

I dont want it to stop. Would you like to join me for a weekend of S&M

Your body isn't used to actually getting healthy foods with lots of fiber. It'll subside after your body adjusts.

Go see a psychiatrist. She or he will give you a prescription for medications to stop you from whipping yourself, and to help you eat other food like grains, tofu, beans, etcetera.
